An award for those who have been working for Coeclerici for more than 10-20-30 years

Over the years Coeclerici has granted awards to staff members who have demonstrated a strong sense of belonging to the Group, remaining within the company for more than 10-20-30 years. Such awards are intendet to thank workers for their loyalty to the company and for sharing its values and identity.

Training

In the 2021–2023 three-year period, the total training hours across the Group—excluding those related to health and safety—amounted to 40,137. In 2023, in addition to health and safety topics, training focused on the following areas: specialized technical skills, languages, cybersecurity, and managerial education.

As part of its commitment to enhancing human capital, Coeclerici conducts annual employee interviews in addition to training. These interviews are dedicated to measuring and evaluating performance, serving as an important opportunity for employees to share their expectations and growth prospects.

Cybersecurity’s strategy

With the exponential rise in cyber threats, protecting data, digital identities, and critical infrastructures has become imperative.

A cyberattack can cause significant financial losses, damage a company’s reputation, and jeopardize customer trust. Employee awareness is essential to preventing breaches; for this reason, in 2022, Coeclerici launched a training program for employees, dedicating over 3,500 hours to this effort.

In 2023, the Group is implementing a specific procedure for managing responses to cybersecurity incidents and has secured an insurance policy to ensure comprehensive coverage for such incidents.

The cybersecurity strategy for the 2022–2024 period also includes various mitigation actions:

  • Protection of data centers and company devices
  • Segregation of IT networks
  • Controls related to Information Security and privacy

Finally, in 2023, a process was initiated to unify the different corporate domains, with the aim of defining and adopting common security rules for the Group (“Group Policy”) regarding the use of shared resources, account governance, their activities, and data protection.

Wellbeing and corporate welfare

Over the years, the Group has undertaken numerous initiatives to promote the well-being and health of its employees and their families.
Depending on the business areas and locations, Group personnel benefit from insurance coverage, healthcare assistance, accident policies, and pension contributions, as well as paid leave for medical appointments, supporting the balance between personal and professional life.

In addition to these benefits, there are agreements with various types of medical centers, gyms, restaurants, and the provision of free water, hot drinks, and snacks at Group premises.

Smart working is regulated through internal agreements or with company and territorial trade unions to improve the balance between personal and professional life and meet family needs.

Every year the Group has the pleasure of organising a Christmas gathering to exchange greetings with all staff and their guests.
