The Korchakol mine located in the Siberian region of Kemerovo, belonging to the Coeclerici Group, earned the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for quality, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental protection, and ISO 45001 for protection of health and safety of the workers.

One of the first three mineral-extraction sites in Russia to achieve these goals, Korchakol is an example of excellence in the Green Kuzbass project promoted by the Governor of the Kemerovo region. This is a crucial and tangible achievement in the evolution of “sustainable development” policies, which have long been a priority of the utmost importance for the Coeclerici Group. It underscores the Group’s ongoing commitment to respect local cultures and workers the world over, alongside its research into reducing the environmental impact of extraction activities.
