Ivo Conti, married with two daughters, was born in Brescia in 1971 and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Verona. He further enhanced his education with a Master in Business Administration. He began his career as an auditor at PKF Worldwide before joining the Riello Group under the Carlyle private equity fund, where he held positions of increasing responsibility until 2006. After a three-year experience as CEO of Evraz AG Palini e Bertoli S.p.A., he embarked on an entrepreneurial path, serving as CEO in several international groups such as Trasteel International, CGA Technologies, and Officine Tecnosider, in which he held equity stakes until 2021. Following the sale of his equity stakes, he served in a senior executive role at the Swiss investment bank UBS until 2024. Throughout his career, he has led significant transformation and turnaround processes, demonstrating solid, results-oriented leadership. With a pragmatic mindset and strong financial and commercial acumen, he has a proven track record in building high-performance teams and defining effective industrial turnaround plans. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of IMS Technologies S.p.A. in 2025.

Marino Ferrarese, born in Padua in 1970, got married in 2004 and has one son. He graduated as an Electrical Engineer from Milan’s Politecnico University and spent the first 6 years of his career working for the Swiss-Swedish multinational ABB, where – after two years – he became the Service Manager. Furthermore, he was responsible for managing the installation as well as service of power transformers on the global market. He then worked for 7 years in the Finnish multinational Glaston (a manufacturer of machine tools for flat glass processing). He covered various roles within this company, including After Sales Business Unit Director (managing a global service organisation), and finally Machines Business Unit Director, managing Sales, Product Management as well as Product Development. Before joining IMS TECHNOLOGIES Group as Sales & Marketing Director, he spent 7 years working as General Manager at the Italian branch of the German group STAHLWILLE.

Marcello Mariano, born in Naples in 1987, lives in Milan with his wife and their daughter. He graduated in Economics at LUISS University in Rome. After almost 2 years in Ernst and Young as external auditor, he joined the Consolidated Financial Statements Team in Tenova (Techint Group), where he has worked for about 3 years. During this experience he had the chance to travel to the several subsidiaries of the Group developing several Finance and Administration projects (Managerial Report, ERP Roll-out Support, etc…).
He joined Coeclerici Group in October 2015 as Financial Reporting Manager and, after some years holding the roles of Finance and Administration Manager for Coeclerici Commodities and Finance and Administration Manager for IMS TECHNOLOGIES, in January 2020 he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of IMS TECHNOLOGIES with finance responsibilities over Coeclerici Industry Division.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Milan’s Politecnico University, he has dedicated himself since the beginning of his career to coordinating the activities of production departments. For more than ten years he worked at Tenova Pomini, a world leader in the production of grinding machines, initially as a Production Engineer and later as an Industrialization Manager and Production Manager. Before assuming the role of Operations Director of the Italian production site in Castellanza (Varese), he spent three years abroad as the Operations Director of Tenova Timec, Tenova’s plant in China. Since 2016, he has held the position of Plant Manager at Pietro Carnaghi, a leading international machine tool manufacturer. Since February 2022, he has been the Operations Manager at IMS TECHNOLOGIES, and in July 2025 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, also taking on responsibility for the company’s Technical Department in addition to Production and Logistics.

Massimo Sabbini is an international executive with over 15 years of experience in customer service and operational management across complex multinational environments such as Schindler, Whirlpool, and Indesit. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Roma Tre University and an MBA from Luiss Guido Carli, and has built a strong track record in increasingly senior roles throughout Europe and globally. Before joining IMS Technologies, he covers the role of New Installation Sales Management Gateway for the Turkey, Middle East, and Africa cluster at Schindler Management AG, based between Milan and Lucerne. In this role, he is responsible for driving new installation business growth, defining commercial strategy, and optimizing sales performance across the region. Since February 2025 he is Customer Service Director at IMS Technologies S.p.A..
